Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized TARS Specialist to support our CRM and Operations departments. This role involves managing traffic-related accounts (TARS, Salik, DARB), overseeing contract processes, ensuring compliance, and generating analytical reports to support operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:TARS / Salik / Traffic Management:<ul><li>Monitor and verify all Salik and traffic fines through the relevant portals (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.).</li><li>Register Salik tags for each new vehicle and ensure integration into the company Salik account.</li><li>Delete sold vehicles from TARS, Salik, and DARB platforms promptly.</li><li>Draft and submit dispute letters for any erroneous or unjustified fines received via TARS or other platforms.</li></ul>Contract Management:<ul><li>Approve and verify all customer documents before contract creation.</li><li>Finalize contracts for all sales staff ensuring compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Re-check all finalized contracts by internal staff and from Abu Dhabi office for accuracy.</li><li>Modify contracts when required, especially in cases involving legal proceedings or additional terms.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Operational Support:<ul><li>Compute and summarize other charges such as:</li><li>Damages</li><li>Toll fees</li><li>Traffic fines</li><li>Rental balances</li><li>Ensure that all additional charges are documented and reflected accurately in the system.</li></ul>CRM &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Generate analytical KPI reports for the CRM department on a weekly and monthly basis.</li><li>Track key performance indicators related to customer service, contract processing, and operational delays.</li><li>Collaborate with CRM and Fleet teams to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.</li></ul>Team Coordination:<ul><li>Create and manage a work schedule for the CRM team, ensuring coverage across shifts and workload balance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
