As an Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN), you&rsquo;ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN))</li><li>
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner</li><li>
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families</li><li>
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day</li><li>
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends</li></ul>
What you can expect to do as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):<ul><li>
Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency</li><li>
Implement residents&rsquo; personal care plans, focusing on residents&rsquo; strengths, preferences and preferred routines</li><li>
Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration</li><li>
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management</li><li>
Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care</li><li>
Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention</li><li>
Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living</li></ul><div>
$40.00 - $45.00/hour
