Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Meets standard requirements and has an advanced skillset in essential functions and responsibilities Inside Sales Representative.</li><li>
Work with sales management to service specific accounts, promote new opportunities, or identify potential new customers to start lasting relationships</li><li>
Has enhanced knowledge of products, services, and production processes<ul><li>
Paper and paperboard products</li><li>
Printing and packaging processes</li><li>
Sheeting, slitting, lamination, and warehousing process</li><li>
Logistics and scheduling</li></ul></li><li>
Skill in problem solving for complex issues and in collaborative communication<ul><li>
Pricing</li><li>
Delivery</li><li>
Quality</li><li>
Logistics and inventory</li><li>
New products</li></ul></li><li>
Includes site visits to customers and/or Case divisions<ul><li>
Meets company auto insurance liability requirements</li></ul></li><li>
Present ideas to Inside / Outside Sales Team, division management</li><li>
Utilizes CRM to maintain customer information and sales notes</li><li>
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong listening and presentation skills</li><li>
Assist in budgetary forecasting</li><li>
Follow Case Paper Core Process &ndash; Inside Sales</li><li>
