Career Path Definitions &amp; Distinctions</b></div><div><b><i>
Level I:</i></b> 0-2 years of progressively complex experience in the customer service field. Demonstrated knowledge and competence in Casella&rsquo;s business products and services as well as in customer service and client relationship management. Able to effectively manage call volume and understand proprietary software systems. Works within team to support Division sales representatives and provide excellent customer support. Capable of solving increasingly complex problems and offering solutions that engage and retain customer base.</div><div><b><i>
Level II:</i></b> 1-3 years of progressively complex experience in the customer service and client relationship management field. Demonstrated knowledge and competence in several technical areas of customer service and client relationship management and is able to build strong relationships with home office and divisional employees at various levels within the organization. Thoroughly understands the variety and complexity of Casella&rsquo;s business operations and is able to apply a variety of customer service, CRM, and sales concepts, principles and applications as needed. Adept at resolving most escalations and handling a high volume of calls.</div><div><b><i>
Senior Level:</i></b> 2-4+ years of progressively complex experience in the customer service and client relationship management field. Highly integrated knowledge and competence in all areas of customer service and client relationship management and is able to build strong relationships with home office and divisional employees at various levels within the organization. Thoroughly understands the variety and complexity of Casella&rsquo;s business operations and is able to apply a variety of customer service, CRM, and sales concepts, principles and applications to generate and retain business sales. Independently resolves escalations. Skillfully manages a high volume of calls. Capable of taking on special projects or assignments.</div><div><br>
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience, a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment, and be legally eligible to work in the US. An advanced degree, relevant sale certifications, prior sales experience and experience or interest in environmental and/or sustainability field are preferred.</div><div></div><div><br>
Outstanding relationship management skills, excellent listening communication and problem solving skills, the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities are required. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, typing proficient and a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic for CRM or similar software systems and related software are expected.</div></div>

<div>Position Summary:

The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.</div>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Dispatches drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs, drivers&rsquo; locations and loads, and daily factors to balance cost and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Ensures maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals by successfully routing vehicles.</li></ul><ul><li>
Assigns routes and service to appropriate drivers throughout the day and for the next day; manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion.</li><li>
Handles incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales department and manages requests for all pick-up or delivery on any container movement within the area.</li><li>
Initiates communication to customers while drivers are on-site/location, resolves pick-up and other issues delaying the service.</li><li>
Updates and informs Customer Care of any service delays in order to keep customers notified.</li><li>
Prepares, updates and dispenses daily route schedules. Gathers and maintains route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick ups), route completions and driver locations.</li></ul><ul><li>
Reports driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution.</li><li>
Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.</li></ul>
Education, Experience &amp; Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be legally eligible to work in the US, and have a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment. It is preferred that the candidate has some previous dispatch experience.</div><div></div><div><br>
High attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills, excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize are required.</div>

Dispatcher

<div><div>The Container Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely driving along customer routes to deliver and retrieve toters used by residential and commercial customers.</div><div></div><div><br>
Hiring Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour</div><br>

Drives container delivery truck to transport waste containers to drop off and pick up at customer locations.</li><li>
Performs pre/post trip inspections of assigned vehicle in accordance with Casella safety standards as well as state and federal regulations; maintains appearance of truck in accordance with company standards.</li><li>
Exhibits dedication to performing safe operation of container delivery trucks on streets, highways, and customer sites.</li><li>
Provides a distinguishably different level of service through courteous interactions with all customers and provides service in a timely manner.</li><li>
Exhibits a positive attitude towards company, customer, and municipal goals.</li><li>

The successful candidate will be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and a clean driving record. A physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs. frequently throughout the day is necessary. An ability to pass pre-employment testing is essential. Strong time management skills, excellent customer service skills, and great verbal and written communication skills are required. A willingness and ability to obtain a Class B CDL Permit and attend Casella's CDL Training school are required.</div></div>
