<div>Position Summary:
<div>
The Sourcing Specialist is a resource for customers, strategic account managers, and vendors to create personalized resource solution plans and ensure adequate options to dispose, recycle, or reuse materials properly. The Sourcing Coordinator researches, identifies, and qualifies new and current vendors that enable Casella to manage customers&rsquo; waste streams cost-effectively.<br>

The base salary range for this role is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills. We believe in transparent pay and career development. Compensation may increase with expanded responsibilities or promotion.</div>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Researches vendor and supplier capabilities to allow Casella to continue to grow its suite of service offerings.</li><li>
Verifies customer service needs and secures hauling and end site pricing and service details from suppliers and vendors to endure accurate and complete information is provided for proforma/proposals to customers.</li><li>
Researches vendors and/or suppliers applicable to specific customer&rsquo;s needs and material types to determine which vendor solution is most appropriate.</li><li>
Profiles materials (incineration, waste to fuel, kilns, hazardous and non-hazardous waste) as presented by account managers.</li><li>
Trains other team members when needed and assists when any questions are proposed, while maintaining a high level of productivity.</li><li>
Monitors and follows up on customer requests as necessary to maintain information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management Database).</li><li>
Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and its products and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.</li></ul>
Education, Experience &amp; Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of sales experience, 2-4 years of business experience with increasing responsibilities, and be legally eligible to work in the US. Background knowledge or interest in an environmental and/or sustainability field is preferred.</div><div></div><div><br>
Exceptional relationship management skills, excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, and an ability to identify new and creative solutions are required. A demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.</div>

The Human Resources Generalist position ensures alignment between the Home Office Human Resources and Benefits and Payroll teams with our geographically dispersed field locations. This role supports the implementation and coordination of HR initiatives and ensures the consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization. The incumbent partners with managers and employees to provide frontline support in key functions, including onboarding, manager self-service, performance management, benefits, and employee relations. This position plays a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality human resources and benefit experiences to employees, ensuring Casella&rsquo;s values and standards are upheld.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Salary:</b> $70,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Facilitates and supports new hire processing, onboarding, and offboarding, along with complete lifecycle processing to create seamless transitions for employees throughout their careers.</li><li>
Provides local support to divisions in processing Manager Self-Service (MSS) actions by initiating, managing, and completing HR and payroll actions in ADP.</li><li>
Communicates, interprets, and applies HR and Benefit policies to ensure procedures are followed across assigned field locations.</li><li>
Serves as a local HR and Benefits contact for employees and managers on leave administration, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints, escalating complex matters to appropriate HR, Benefits, and Payroll leadership.</li><li>
Guides employees on benefit plan questions, issues, and changes, and assists with new hire and annual benefit enrollment to encourage employee participation and increase engagement and content retention.</li><li>
Acts as a communication bridge between field locations, Regional HR, and the Benefit teams to ensure timely dissemination of related HR and Benefit topics, processes, and compliance requirements for field-based leaders.</li><li>
Guides field-based employees and leaders through performance management processes and common review merit procedures to ensure timely completion.</li><li>
Participates in cross-functional teams to pilot, implement, and support new or enhanced HR and Benefit programs and initiatives, ensuring successful adoption throughout the company.</li><li>
Follows all applicable federal, state, and company policies, communicates clear goals, coaches team members on achieving goals, and provides development opportunities to ensure employees attain the necessary skills to achieve results and team initiatives.</li><li>
Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services, and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.
</li></ul>Education, Experience &amp; Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and active listening skills, along with excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation abilities. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential. Working knowledge of HR and payroll technology systems, as well as a basic understanding of HR and benefits policies and procedures, is required. Candidates should have 3&ndash;5 years of progressively complex experience in a customer-facing role, with a background in human resources or benefits preferred. A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources management, business, or a related field&mdash;or equivalent experience&mdash;is required. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CBP are preferred. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and be able to travel as needed.</div>
