Job DescriptionPresto Loan Center is the leader of the auto title and personal loan industry in Arizona. As an Account Manager/Loan Officer you will provide great customer service all while processing the auto title or personal loan request. You will be responsible for directly providing loan products to customers in an efficient and accurate manner.THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.BILINGUAL A MUST (English and Spanish)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle both incoming and outbound calls</li><li>Cash handling, debit card payment processing</li><li>Handle every aspect of a loan from start to finish. (In-person or Online requests)</li><li>Collect loan prerequisites from applicants (proof of income, proof of residence, vehicle title, bank statements, etc.)</li><li>Interview customer in-person or over the phone</li><li>Conduct a vehicle condition report</li><li>Collect and analysis income source</li><li>Identify and assess customers&rsquo; needs to achieve satisfaction</li><li>Inform customer regarding loan decision</li><li>Data entry, finalize all loan document and loan disclosure to customer</li><li>Participating in marketing activities as needed</li><li>Perform light collection related transactions</li><li>Informing manager of escalated customer issues</li><li>Balancing cash drawer (if assigned) every shift</li><li>Follow company policies, guidelines</li></ul>Skills/ Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li><li>Experience with multi-lines phones a plus Cash-handling experience a plus.</li><li>Exceptional Customer Service skills and be computer literate</li><li>Be reliable and punctual</li><li>Work independently, while still being a team player</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Spanish Bilingual is a must</li><li>Current store hours Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. &ndash; 6:00 p.m. Saturday 10 - 4pm Closed Sunday.</li></ul>Salary: Depending on experienceGreat Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Holiday PayJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
