<div>Cashco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the flow of materials, goods, and information throughout our supply chain process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of components for valve production. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, and meet production schedules.</div>
<div>Responsibilities:</div>
<div>Inventory Management:</div>
<ul><li>Monitor and track stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure the proper storage and organization of materials. Order Processing:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials from suppliers. HR-65 REV. 0 5/1/2025 received.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with quality control checks to verify the accuracy and condition of materials standards, and regulations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure that all supply chain processes comply with company policies, industry</li></ul>
<div>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance:</div>
<ul><li>Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of valves to customers. deadlines.</li></ul>

<div>Data entry &amp; Reporting:</div>

<div>Qualifications</div>
 <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate&rsquo;s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Previous experience in purchasing supply chain preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong computer skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiar with purchasing and supply chain software is desirable.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Detail oriented with excellent written and communication skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be able to communicate with others on a professional level, through email, face-to-face, and over the phone.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be able to multi-task and maintain focus both individually and as a team member.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be a team player, reliable and dependable.</li></ul>
