You&rsquo;ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence across projects.If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in FMCG, Retail, or B2C domains, this is your chance to make a real impact by delivering innovative solutions that power business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Development<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript and JavaScript</li><li>Build robust backend services using Java and modern frameworks</li><li>Implement and optimize database solutions for high-performance applications</li><li>Develop and maintain microservices architecture following best practices</li><li>Create seamless system integrations between internal and external platforms</li></ul>DevOps &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>Design and implement containerized applications using Docker</li><li>Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters</li><li>Leverage Google Cloud Platform services for scalable cloud solutions</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes</li><li>Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers</li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing</li><li>Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards</li><li>Lead technical discussions and architectural decision-making</li><li>Contribute to agile development processes and sprint planning</li></ul>System Architecture<ul><li>Design scalable and maintainable system architectures</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks</li><li>Ensure security best practices across all development activities</li><li>Optimize system performance and reliability</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field</li><li>Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (GCP, AWS) are a plus</li><li>Continuous learning mindset with staying updated on industry trends</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsProgramming Languages &amp; Frameworks<ul><li>TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript development</li><li>JavaScript: Expert-level JavaScript including ES6+ features</li><li>Java: Strong experience with Java development and enterprise frameworks</li></ul>Database Technologies<ul><li>Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases</li><li>Experience with database design, optimization, and performance tuning</li><li>Knowledge of data modeling and migration strategies</li></ul>Cloud &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>Google Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, etc.)</li><li>Docker: Containerization and Docker ecosystem expertise</li><li>Kubernetes: Container orchestration and cluster management</li><li>Experience with cloud-native application development</li></ul>Integration &amp; Architecture<ul><li>Microservices: Design and implementation of microservices architecture</li><li>API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API gateway patterns</li><li>System Integration: Experience with various integration patterns and middleware</li><li>Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures</li></ul>Preferred (Nice-to-Have)Experience<ul><li>5+ years of software development experience</li><li>3+ years working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP</li><li>Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members</li><li>Track record of delivering scalable enterprise applications</li></ul>Industry Knowledge<ul><li>FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods): Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and consumer behavior</li><li>Retail: Experience with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, and retail operations</li><li>B2C Business: Knowledge of customer-facing applications and user experience optimization</li></ul>Additional Skills<ul><li>Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)</li><li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks and test-driven development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
