What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Welcome and assist Team Members, applicants, and visitors with authenticity and professionalism.</li><li>
Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring an outstanding new hire experience.</li><li>
Help facilitate on-site pre-employment requirements, including drug screens.</li><li>
Maintain accurate personnel records and uphold compliance with employment regulations.</li><li>
Support payroll, I-9 verification, and other essential HR functions.</li><li>
Provide helpful HR information, connecting employees with the right resources.</li><li>
Keep the office running efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.</li></ul>
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish).</li><li>
Previous HR experience a plus.</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card.</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li></ul>
