<div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Inventory Specialist to support our maintenance department by managing parts, supplies, and equipment inventory. This position plays a key role in ensuring maintenance operations run efficiently through accurate tracking, ordering, and distribution of materials. 


Schedule

 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.</li><li>
 Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday</li></ul>

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance parts, tools, and equipment.</li><li>
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages.</li><li>
Track usage of parts and update system records in real-time.</li><li>
Work closely with maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure timely availability of required materials.</li><li>
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom.</li><li>
Assist in vendor coordination and purchasing activities as needed.</li><li>
Support maintenance and production teams by locating and issuing parts quickly and accurately.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, maintenance, or a related field.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software (CMMS &amp; ERP experience preferred).</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing or plant environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to complete assigned tasks proactively with minimal to no supervision (this position is not suitable for someone who needs constant oversight).</li><li>
