 Project Sales &amp; Business Development Executive
 
 who can actively generate new business, build professional relationships and bring qualified clients to our showroom.
 
 
 This is a hands-on sales position. It is not a showroom desk job, a design-only position or a management title without fieldwork.
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Morning Shift &ndash; Business Development &amp; Field Sales
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and contact potential companies and project clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular field visits to contractors, interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, hotels, restaurants and procurement departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Introduce Castamo&rsquo;s furniture, custom manufacturing, interior design and fit-out services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with decision-makers and identify upcoming projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange qualified client meetings and showroom visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate new project opportunities through calls, visits, networking and professional follow-up.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Evening Shift &ndash; Showroom Sales &amp; Planning
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Welcome and assist the clients invited to the showroom.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand their project requirements and coordinate with the design team for moodboards, selections, BOQs and quotations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on existing leads and proposals until a clear decision is received.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and organize prospect lists, company databases and follow-up schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update the CRM with every call, visit, meeting and opportunity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the call and visit plan for the following working day.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with showroom operations and remain responsible until the showroom closes at 10:00 PM.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Working Hours
 
 
 <ul>

 Morning shift:
 
 9:00 AM&ndash;1:00 PM
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Evening shift:
 
 7:00 PM&ndash;10:00 PM
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Friday: Weekly day off
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 The split-shift schedule is mandatory. Please do not apply if you are unable to work these hours.
 
 
 
 Performance Expectations
 
 
 
 During the initial performance period, the successful candidate will be expected to:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contact at least 50 new targeted companies per week.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete approximately 15&ndash;20 meaningful field visits per week.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring a minimum of 12 qualified client visits to the showroom during the first month.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a qualified sales pipeline of at least QAR 300,000 during the first month.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work toward a monthly sales target of at least QAR 100,000 after the initial period.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate daily CRM records and submit a clear weekly sales report.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 A qualified showroom visit means a genuine client or company representative with an active or upcoming furniture, interior design or fit-out requirement. Personal contacts without a real business opportunity will not be counted.
 
 
 
 Candidate Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in Qatar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in furniture, interior design, fit-out, building materials, construction, hospitality or a related sector is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent Arabic and good English are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Qatar driving licence is required; having a car is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to conduct cold calls, field visits and face-to-face business meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be organized, presentable, disciplined and capable of working independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be comfortable with measurable weekly and monthly sales targets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Compensation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fixed salary:
 
 QAR 5,000 per month
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional performance-based commission on collected sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Salary review may be considered after the initial two-month performance assessment, based on verified results.
 </li>
 <li>

 : site measurements, shop drawings, manufacturing files, production follow-up, QC, and delivery coordination.

 During low workload: showroom technical support, moodboard templates, and materials library updates

 Requirements

 Proven experience in
 
 FF&amp;E / custom furniture
 
 (joinery, upholstery, finishes)

 AutoCAD (must)
 
 ; SketchUp / 3ds Max is a plus
