$68,000.00 To 70,000.00 Annually<br>

<b>This is for an AM shift 6:30 am - 3:00 pm</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>Position Summary: To work within the framework of a quality Food and Beverage service team. To serve food to our guests in a personable, courteous, and professional manner ensuring a positive dining experience. Impeccable grooming standards are essential. This position is not strictly a server role, and will be required at times to cover the host and food runner roles as well.</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>We are located north of Lake Pleasant.</b><br>
<br>
<b>Responsibilities include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Being thoroughly familiar with all standards of proper service etiquette and adhering to these standards throughout our guests' dining experience.</li>
<li>Know all menu items including ingredients, preparation, required condiments, key descriptors, and potential allergies.</li>
<li>Ability to accurately and efficiently take orders from guests and expedite as soon as prepared from the kitchen (keep constant watch over &ldquo;ticket times&rdquo;).</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen line and management staff.</li>
<li>Complete end-of-service procedures.</li>
<li>Knowledge of all liquor laws as well as company and departmental policies regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages.</li>
<li>Ability to service a five-table station during typical service demand.
</li><li>Have a strong working knowledge of the Micros POS system and other check processing procedures for dining room service.</li>
<li>Able to help other employees with their questions and process discounts while still maintaining their assigned section.</li>
<li>Complete closing paperwork; check the accuracy of all discounts and comps, make sure appropriate information is filled out and signatures are obtained.</li>
<li>Attend all scheduled staff meetings and supplemental training sessions</li>

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.</div>
<ul><li>Previous food and beverage experience is required.</li>
<li>Good physical condition in order to lift moderate weights and remain on feet for a prolonged period of time.</li>
<li>A sincere desire to provide the utmost in guest service.</li>
<li>Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
</li><li>Pleasant personality to effectively deal with guests' questions and service, and to contribute to the overall atmosphere and guest experience.</li>
<li>Good teamwork with fellow employees. Strong attention to detail a must.</li>
<li>Well-groomed appearance according to company standards.</li>
<li>Must adhere to practices of occupational safety and health including wearing personal protective equipment when required.</li>
</ul><div><b>Appearance Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Proper professional attire is required by following appearance guidelines as set in the Employee Handbook.</li>
<li>Part of the Uniform will be provided by the company.</li>
<li>Appearance must always be neat, clean, and professional.</li>
</ul><div><b>County Legal Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must possess a valid Yavapai County Health Dept. Food Handlers card to be kept on file.</li>
<li>Must have completed County &amp; State Liquor training.</li>
