<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Implement social media marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives, collaborating with the Marketing team and executive leadership.</li>
<li>Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, videos, and interactive content.</li>
<li>Manage and grow all social media accounts, driving engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.</li>
<li>Optimize social media content for better reach, engagement, and SEO performance.</li>
<li>Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic, engagement, and conversions.</li>
<li>Optimize TikTok Shop, including product listing, optimization, and leveraging TikTok&rsquo;s e-commerce features to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.</li>
<li>Oversee community management, interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering brand loyalty through meaningful social interactions.</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the content creation team to design eye-catching visual content using tools like Adobe Suite or Canva.</li>
<li>Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and generate insights for optimization.</li>
<li>Stay on top of industry trends, new platform features, and competitor social media activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.</li>
<li>Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.</li>
<li>Continuously optimize social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.</li>

 <div></div><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years or older</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.</li>
<li>Previous experience managing social media campaigns for brands or products required.</li>
<li>Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (social media insights, Google Analytics).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO for social platforms, and strategies for growing social audiences.</li>
<li>Expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid social media campaigns.</li>
<li>Creative content creation skills with knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze social media metrics and transform data into actionable strategies.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Adaptability, creativity, and passion for social media trends and platform changes.</li>
<li>Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.</li>
