<b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>This is a selling position with shift goals utilizing product knowledge of features and benefits and engaging with customers. If you want a non-selling job, this isn&rsquo;t it.</li>
<li>Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.</li>
<li>Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis. Contributes consistently to make work fun and engaging for team members and customers.</li>
<li>Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.</li>
<li>Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.</li>
<li>Behave in an honest, fair, and professional manner.</li>
<li>Work productively with others to achieve goals; takes responsibility for their own actions and behaviors.</li>
<li>Promote teamwork and dependability by consistently working the posted schedule. Be there on time for your team.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone</li>
<li>Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift</li>
<li>Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder</li>
</ul><div><b>Scheduling Requirements: Up to 40 hours per week</b></div>
<ul><li>Up to 8-hour shifts</li>
<li>Flexibility for Day/Evening/Night shifts</li>
<li>Sunday-Saturday shifts</li>
<li>Some holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day &amp; Christmas Day)</li>
