<div>We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Business Development Engineer with proven expertise in industrial coatings, particularly thermal spray and epoxy coating technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of surface protection applications for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries and established business relationships with major end users and EPC contractors across Saudi Arabia 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in industrial coating, Thermal Spray, Epoxy, Polymer and Surface engineering sectors.</li><li>Build and expand strong professional relationships with key clients, including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Petro Rabigh, SWCC, and other process industry end users.</li><li>Proactively engage EPC contractors and project consultants to position the company&rsquo;s coating solutions during project bidding and specification stages.</li><li>Promote thermal spray coating, epoxy coating, and wear- and corrosion-protection solutions to targeted market segments.</li><li>Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits across all Saudi regions to identify customer needs, present technical proposals, and close strategic deals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to deliver accurate quotations, project documentation, and after-sales support.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new service or product opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and present periodic reports on business performance, market analysis, and sales forecasts to management.</li><li>Ensure alignment with quality, safety, and compliance standards set by major industrial clients.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical preferred).</li><li>5&ndash;7 years&rsquo; experience in business development or technical sales within the coatings industry in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Solid product knowledge in thermal spray coating, epoxy coating, and related surface protection solutions.</li><li>Hands-on experience dealing with EPC contractors and understanding project procurement cycles.</li><li>Strong business network with major Saudi industrial clients (Aramco, SABIC, Petro Rabigh, SWCC, Ma&rsquo;aden, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficient in preparing technical-commercial proposals and coordinating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Passion for field travel across Saudi Arabia with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.</li><li>Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.</li></ul></div>

Business Development Engineer – Coating Services

<div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee sales and end-to-end execution of industrial coating projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of thermal spray and epoxy coating systems, excellent project coordination capabilities, and proven experience managing client interfaces from project kickoff through final completion. This role demands close collaboration with clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Petro Rabigh, and Saudi Electricity Company, ensuring superior quality, safety, and timely delivery at every stage. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Lead and coordinate sales and all project activities related to industrial coating applications, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.</li><li>Serve as primary point of contact for the client from initiating sales till project execution and handover.</li><li>Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget control to ensure on-time and within-scope completion.</li><li>Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and coating application teams to align activities with contract requirements.</li><li>Oversee surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and documentation processes in accordance with Aramco, SABIC, or EPC project standards.</li><li>Conduct progress review meetings with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure field teams comply with all HSE and quality assurance protocols.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation including method statements, daily reports, inspection test plans (ITPs), and close-out packages.</li><li>Identify potential risks or deviations, propose corrective measures, and communicate action plans to management and clients.</li><li>Support project invoicing, variation claims, and cost control processes through accurate progress tracking and reporting.</li><li>Contribute to post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement in delivery excellence.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent field).</li><li>8&ndash;10 years GCC experience in project management for coating, surface protection, or industrial maintenance projects in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Solid understanding of thermal spray coating, epoxy and engineered polymer coating, and surface preparation methods.</li><li>Proven track record managing projects for major Saudi clients (Aramco, SABIC, Petro Rabigh, SEC, Ma&rsquo;aden, etc.).</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with hands-on site management experience.</li><li>Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) and technical documentation preparation.</li><li>Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and deliver under tight deadlines.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic communication skills are an advantage.</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel to job sites across the Kingdom.</li></ul></div>
