 to lead our national business-to-business sales efforts. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a results-driven, visionary leader with deep sales management experience in B2B markets, ideally within lubricants industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities Summary
 
 
 
 
 1. Planning &amp; Strategy
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute B2B sales plans aligned with ALC&rsquo;s strategic goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement sales roadmaps to drive disciplined, sustainable growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Set and monitor sales and gross margin targets; provide regular performance analysis
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Sales Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead national sales forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage key customer negotiations and oversee the entire B2B product portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive distributor performance and implement Castrol&rsquo;s Energizer Sales Methodology
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Business Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and secure new business opportunities to support long-term growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure broad market coverage through innovative approaches
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Customer Relationship Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Resolve high-impact customer issues to maintain retention and protect market position
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and maximize product visibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold strong client relationships and brand standards across operations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5. Budget Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and manage the B2B Sales budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Propose strategies that enhance financial outcomes and reduce operational risk
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 6. Policies, Processes &amp; Continuous Improvement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recommend and implement sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure day-to-day operations align with internal controls and external regulations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 7. People Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build a high-performing, growth-oriented sales team through coaching and mentorship
 </li>
 <li>
 Set clear objectives, provide feedback, and manage performance effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development
 </li>

 8. Safety, Health &amp; Environment (SHE)
 
 
 <ul>

 Ensure full compliance with SHE policies and promote a safety-first culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on legislation and adjust SHE practices accordingly
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 <ul>

 12&ndash;15+ years of experience
 
 in B2B Sales, ideally in
 
 lubricants or oil &amp; gas
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 managing large sales teams and distributors
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in
 
 customer relationship management
 
 and indirect sales channels
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s in Sales &amp; Marketing
 
 required;
 
 MBA preferred
 
 </li>
 <li>
 A strategic mindset with a passion for driving growth, innovation, and excellence
 </li>
