Essential Job Functions</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as the main Marketing and Communications contact for Catalight Care Services (CCS).</li><li>
Manage annual updates to the CCS Provider Manual, ensuring accuracy, version control, and strong document management practices.</li><li>
Draft, edit, and manage provider portal communications and other business-critical messaging to our network.</li><li>
Create and manage CCS e-newsletter content, partnering with designers and web developers through launch.</li><li>
Lead development of the annual CCS Year in Review, including collection and synthesis of business data, partnership with leadership on narrative development, and coordination through final production.</li><li>
Provide executive-level presentation support, including development of high-quality PowerPoint materials.</li><li>
Analyze and report on project metrics and performance summaries.</li><li>
Proactively ensure website content remains current and aligned with business priorities.</li><li>
Support annual conference marketing efforts, including content, booth strategy, and promotional materials.</li><li>
Coordinate video shoots and other external-facing provider and practitioner-related communications.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally within the Marketing and Communications team and with CCS business leaders to ensure timely execution of projects.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><p>
Minimum Education, Experience &amp; Training Equivalent to:</p><ul><li>

Marketing and Communications Manager, CCS

<div>As Catalight and its family of companies grow, we&rsquo;re looking for a Social and Content Manager to help tell our story. This role centers on managing Catalight&rsquo;s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube while exploring expansion to other mediums like TikTok, Reddit, Threads and Bluesky.
