The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, an understanding of brand voice, and the ability to create content that attracts, informs, and converts learners.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation<ul><li>Write creative and engaging content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and brochures.</li><li>Create content for social media posts, captions, reels, and ad copies.</li><li>Develop scripts for videos, promotional content, and academic explainer videos.</li><li>Write emailers, push notifications, and campaign content.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, creative, and academic teams to understand content needs.</li><li>Support digital marketing campaigns with persuasive and conversion-focused copy.</li></ul>Research &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Research educational topics, industry trends, and competitor content.</li><li>Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and originality.</li><li>Optimize content for readability and basic SEO requirements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi is an added advantage).</li><li>Strong creativity and storytelling ability.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content requirements.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.</li><li>Experience in EdTech, education, or agency background is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with scriptwriting or video content.</li><li>Familiarity with social media trends and content formats.</li><li>Basic understanding of branding and marketing funnels.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
