Key Responsibilities:Installation &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Unpack, assemble, and install kitchen equipment at client sites.</li><li>Perform equipment testing and calibration to ensure proper functionality.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and project teams for installation schedules and utility readiness.</li></ul>Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Conduct regular preventive maintenance for kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, fryers, cold rooms).</li><li>Identify faults and diagnose electrical, gas, or mechanical issues.</li><li>Replace or repair defective parts using appropriate tools and technical knowledge.</li></ul>Repair &amp; Service<ul><li>Respond to service calls and resolve breakdowns within the defined SLA timelines.</li><li>Maintain a service log of all repair activities, including parts used and labor time.</li><li>Ensure all repairs are compliant with safety and hygiene standards.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Fill out service reports, maintenance checklists, and customer acknowledgment forms.</li><li>Report recurring faults and suggest improvements or preventive actions.</li><li>Update equipment history records in company CRM or service software.</li></ul>Client Interaction<ul><li>Communicate professionally with clients to understand service requirements.</li><li>Educate clients on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Provide after-service feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Safety<ul><li>Maintain all tools and testing equipment in good condition.</li><li>Adhere to company and site-specific safety procedures and PPE policies.</li><li>Report unsafe working conditions or incidents immediately.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Spare Parts<ul><li>Request necessary spare parts from the store or procurement team.</li><li>Monitor van stock and ensure critical parts are available.</li><li>Return unused or faulty parts as per company procedures.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>3&ndash;15 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment servicing.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of branded equipment (e.g., Electrolux, Rational, etc.).</li><li>UAE driving license (preferred ).</li></ul>Interested Candidate please send your resume to whatsapp at +971 569982113/if you have anyone who is looking for a technician role you can send a referenceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED3,500.00 per month
