 Business Intelligence Analyst
 
 . This role is responsible for bringing insights on usage of the service platforms and programs that dealers and customers use to service Caterpillar equipment globally. This includes visualization, through Power Bi, data analysis in Snowflake involving usage or transactional data from across the enterprise.

 Works directly with business partners to understand informational needs of end users and create reporting/visualization solutions that turn data into critical information to ultimately drive sound business decisions

 2+ years of data analysis or data visualization experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge and experience with Power BI, Snowflake and SQL
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in design and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations for large and complex data sets in Tableau and/or Power BI
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter and driven while working well in team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Create innovative solutions to solve business problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail to spot inaccuracies in coding or data

 Experience with data structures using SQL

 As a Data Scientist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated analytics team, focused on supporting the development of data-driven insights and tools that help Caterpillar and its customers navigate the energy transition.
 
 
 You will work with a range of stakeholders, including Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering teams, to analyse machine and operational data and contribute to the development of customer-focused analytics solutions.
 
 
 This role provides an opportunity to apply data science skills to real-world challenges such as machine electrification, total cost of ownership (TCO), and operational optimisation. You will support the development of analytical models and tools that inform business decisions and enhance customer understanding.
