You will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of a Catholic Funeral &amp; Cemetery Services (CFCS) location
You will lead the sales team and motivate them to broaden community impact by educating on our pre-need ministry
You will ensure staff serves families in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner
You will exhibit the values of the Catholic faith and serve as a role model to the staff

Think that you&rsquo;re a good fit? We&rsquo;re looking for someone with&hellip;<ul><li>4-5 years in sales management</li><li>Team development experience</li><li>Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals</li><li>Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results</li><li>Knowledge of Catholic rituals and traditions and the ability to lead the ministry</li><li>Ability to prepare, forecast, and analyze budgets/financial reports</li><li>Capability of overseeing multiple functional areas</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal skills</li><li>Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology</li></ul>
