HR Recruiter Bronx, NY &ndash; Hybrid | Full-Time | $50,000&ndash;$60,000 Catholic Guardian Services (CGS), one of NYC&rsquo;s largest human services nonprofits, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent. In this role, you&rsquo;ll manage the full recruitment cycle&mdash;sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with program leaders to meet staffing needs. You&rsquo;ll also represent CGS at hiring events and job fairs, playing a key role in bringing compassionate, mission-driven professionals to our team. Job Title: Career Development Specialist

Program: Youth Development

Salary: $53,000-$60,000

General Responsibilities:

We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate and experienced professional to help guide young adults on their career journey. As an Employment Specialist, you&rsquo;ll provide personalized support and targeted services that empower our youth to reach their career development goals and build brighter futures.

Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in social work or related social service field</li>
<li>Two years of relevant experience working in career development</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>
Desired Skills:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with at-risk or system-involved young adults is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Master Degree a Plus</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish a plus</li>
</ul>
