Summary: 
 
Primary responsibility is providing complete administrative support, and acting as confidential Administrative Assistant, to the System Director, Laboratory Services &amp; Laboratory management team throughout Catholic Health (CH) as needed. Provides the administrative support in managing daily tasks, reminders, and scheduling; maintains a work flow required for the effective functioning of the Laboratory Services Department. The associate performs this regularly, multi-tasking with changing priorities at a high level of important and confidential matters and issues. Coordinates the needs of an executive office; maintains confidential interaction with professionals inside and outside of the organization. Additionally responsible for coordinating budgetary information, handling capital &amp; operational purchase orders and invoices, assisting in processing contracts, and managing timekeeping duties for laboratory leadership and quality teams. The associate is also secondarily responsible to investigate patient concerns in Epic as needed. The individual has responsibility to complete these functions to support overall laboratory service line growth and operations across the CH network.

Summary: 
 
Provides cardiopulmonary respiratory therapy to the inpatient and outpatient populations as ordered by a physician, according to established standards and practices. 
 
Mount St. Mary's Hospital consists of multiple locations and associate may be assigned as needed 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
EDUCATION

Either: (1) Associates Degree with Certification in Respiratory Therapy or (2) Graduated from High School or equivalent, and has completed an approved one (1) year certificate program in Respiratory Therapy Technology or a Respiratory program determined by the Department to be equivalent and at least five (5) years of experience required</li><li>
Licensed New York State Respiratory Therapy Technician require, New York State Respiratory Therapist license preferred</li><li>
BLS within (2) two months of employment</li></ul> 

EXPERIENCE

Summary: 
 
Facilitates a process, people, and technology method of transformation. Supports the organizations IT Applications for Catholic Health (CH) facilities. Identifies and implements software solutions for CH business and/or clinical needs. Brings vendor software solutions to CH customers. Serves as a technical liaison. Responsibilities include system installation and maintenance. Performs problem diagnostics, resolution, and documentation. Provides technical and functional analysis, system building, and testing. Prepares specifications and documentation related to systems. Provides support for specific projects. Knows the business and/or clinical processes and the technical mechanics to support the work.
 
 
A level IV does so at an advanced complexity and competency, is a team Leader for IT team members, and facilitates across multi-functional teams. Procedures for the job are general, and work is minimally supervised. Employee knows and analyzes procedures, interprets them and adapts them with discretion as necessary. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
EDUCATION
