 We&rsquo;re looking for a full-stack digital marketer who can plan, build, and manage all growth channels with full ownership of analytics and performance tracking. You&rsquo;ll take full ownership of the funnel: from first touch to conversion to retention. This role is best for someone analytical, technical, and hands-on, who wants to run experiments and build systems that scale.
 
 
 🔧 Key Responsibilities

 Own Growth Strategy: Plan, design, and execute multi-channel strategies (SEO, content, email, referral loops, landing pages) aligned directly with company objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experimentation &amp; Optimisation: Quickly test and iterate marketing ideas. Analyze results to discover scalable growth opportunities, then turn them into repeatable processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 SEO &amp; Content: Conduct keyword research, structure content effectively, track performance, and consistently improve organic rankings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Email &amp; Lifecycle Marketing: Build value-driven drip campaigns and newsletters that nurture leads, boost engagement, and drive referrals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytics &amp; Reporting: Set up and manage analytics tools. Regularly measure funnel performance, interpret data, and share actionable insights for growth decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Collaborate with product and development teams to deliver consistent value and maintain clear, unified messaging.

 </ul>
 ✅ Requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics required.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable designing experiments, quickly interpreting data, making rapid adjustments, and taking ownership of outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, analytics platforms (like Posthog), and content management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and able to solve problems independently, continuously seeking smarter, more efficient ways to reach objectives.
 </li>
