 to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across our growing restaurant portfolio. This role is ideal for an analyst with
 
 1&ndash;3 years of experience
 
 who is excited to deepen their FP&amp;A skillset in a fast-paced, operationally focused, multi-unit environment.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate teams to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment decisions at the restaurant level. You&rsquo;ll work with large, complex datasets and have the opportunity to build scalable reporting, improve processes, and grow your technical and analytical capabilities.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis for restaurant-level labor, occupancy, and operating costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in building and maintaining financial models related to new restaurant openings, labor deployment, and cost trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Own recurring performance metrics and reporting for assigned restaurant or cost categories, ensuring accuracy and consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Operations and Real Estate teams to understand financial impacts and support decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Help improve data accuracy, automate recurring reports, and streamline financial planning and reporting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain scalable reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with data sourced from financial systems and data warehouses to support analysis and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support month-end close activities, including accruals, prepaid reviews, and expense validation
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct ad hoc analysis and research to support Finance and Restaurant Leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in post-investment reviews and continuous improvement of planning and forecasting processes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 The Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A, accounting, or a related role
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Financial &amp; Analytical Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong foundation in accounting concepts, including accruals, prepaids, and expense recognition
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze large datasets and translate results into clear, actionable insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in supporting business decisions by articulating financial trade-offs and recommendations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to SQL and relational databases for querying financial or operational data
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with or alongside a data warehouse or analytics environment (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with financial planning or ERP systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, Adaptive, Anaplan) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort partnering with data or analytics teams to source, validate, and interpret data
 </li>
 </ul>

Assistant General Manager:
In the role of Assistant General Manager (&ldquo;AGM&rdquo;), you will be responsible for bringing our mission, values, and competencies to life for our guests and Team Members in our restaurants. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in the establishment of store action plans, financial metric results, and the development of hourly Team Members in the restaurant. You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall restaurant operations at an exceptional level including but not limited to schedules, forecasting, labor management and inventory. As an AGM, you will be expected to learn and master competency-based leadership and operational skills.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul>
<li>Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to CAVA&rsquo;s standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.</li>
<li>Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.</li>
<li>Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.</li>
<li>Assist with addressing Team Member issues and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Enhance the guest experience by upholding high service standards and promptly addressing customer concerns.</li>
<li>Implement strategies to help with boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li>
<li>Lead by example in customer service and encourage the team to follow suit.</li>
<li>Support with managing financial aspects including tracking sales, cash handling, and adhering to budget guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist with preparing financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Assist with ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with cash handling procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with overseeing food safety practices and ensure team training on proper procedures.</li>
