<div></div><div><div><p>We are looking for an <b>Esthetician</b> who can provide professional skincare services to guests of the spa. <b>Candidates must have minimum of 600 hours of education from an accredited aesthetics program and have a State of California aesthetics license to be considered</b>. Minimum of 1-year practical experience in all aspects of skin care. Candidates must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.<br>

<b>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</b></p>
<ul><li>Provides guests with professional skin care services including various types of facials</li>
<li>Educates guests about individual skin care needs and sells the appropriate product</li>
<li>Maintains clean and neat facial room during shift; leaves room clean for next shift</li>
<li>Restocks products and lines</li>
<li>Completes a pre-treatment card for each guest</li>
<li>Completes a skin analysis on each guest</li>
<li>Maintains facial equipment and safety of room</li>
<li>Must be able to sell 15% of her/his service dollars in retail</li>
<li>Reports inventory needs</li>
<li>Arrives to work and is clocked in 15 minutes before shift begins and maintains promptness, starting and ending services on time.</li>
<li>Wears proper uniform and is neat and well-groomed</li>
<li>Consistently clocks in and out as required by policy</li>
<li>Practices universal health care protocol while dealing with guests and coworkers</li>
</ul>

<b>ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:</b>
<ul><li>Complies with Spa Treatment Department policies.</li>
<li>Complies with Spa Treatment Department operational procedures</li>
<li>Sets up and breaks down assigned treatment room; maintains neat and well-stocked room</li>
<li>Completes and submits necessary paperwork, checks mailbox and reads posted notices on bulletin board</li>
<li>Attends monthly departmental meetings and workshops as directed</li>
<li>Interacts cooperatively and with consideration towards guests and co-workers</li>
<li>Exercises dependability and willingness to work with schedule flexibility</li>
<li>Maintains physical fitness</li>
<li>Performs other job-related duties as directed.</li>
<li>Adheres to Cavallo Point standards for guest service.</li>
<li>Refers guest problems or complaints to supervisor according to Cavallo Point guest problem resolution policy.</li>

<b>MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</b>
<ul><li>Professional demeanor; and appearance</li>
<li>State of California aesthetics license</li>
<li>600 hours of an accredited aesthetics program</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year practical experience in all aspects of skin care</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a practical exam and review</li>
<li>Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently within a large group and also as a team-player</li>
<li>Advanced training or certification in esthetic program</li>
<li>2-3 years of practical experience in all aspects of skin care preferred</li>
<li>Outside sales training preferred</li>
