Job Title: Project Manager &ndash; Interior Design Projects Company: Cocoon Interiors Location: Dubai, UAE Salary Range: AED 4,000 &ndash; 6,000 (based on experience) Availability: Immediate JoinerJob Description: Cocoon Interiors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects across various sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our in-house design team, fit-out execution team, external contractors, and factory operations. This role requires strong site supervision skills, technical knowledge in interior detailing, and a solid background in fit-out and joinery works.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations and supervision of interior design projects at the site.</li><li>Coordinate effectively between the design team, fit-out team, subcontractors, and joinery factory.</li><li>Review, interpret, and ensure the execution of detailed shop drawings and BOQs.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and ensure on-site work aligns with approved designs.</li><li>Report project progress, site conditions, and risks to management on a regular basis.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Resolve on-site issues and liaise with suppliers and contractors to maintain workflow.</li><li>Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in managing interior design and fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong background in interior detailing, fit-out works, and joinery.</li><li>Proficient in reading and preparing detailed drawings.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Immediate availability is a must.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>UAE driving license is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD and site reporting tools</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Project management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving license (Required)</li></ul>
