The Work</b></div><div>
The Business Analyst III is responsible for overseeing, managing, and implementing the development of documentation for the client&rsquo;s Management Information System (MIS). This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the successful translation of current system functionality into actionable system requirements.</div><div><br>

</p><br>
<ul><li>Develop, manage, and implement the client&rsquo;s MIS requirements documentation project plan.</li><li>
Coordinate all project activities, including:<ul><li>
Reviewing the current MIS system functionality.</li><li>
Translating system functionality into clear and usable requirements.</li><li>
Documenting business needs and system requirements for the Client&rsquo;s program.</li><li>
Performing a gap analysis of existing system documentation to identify discrepancies with federal, state, and program requirements.</li></ul></li><li>
Apply project management methodologies to create accurate plans for gathering and documenting business requirements of the Client&rsquo;s system.</li><li>
Ensure effective communication with leadership, stakeholders, and team members throughout the documentation process.</li><li>
Provide support, guidance, and direction to team members in analyzing current systems and documentation.</li><li>
Lead collaboration efforts to identify and develop business requirements.</li><li>
Conduct and supervise gap analyses of existing system functionality against current system documentation and program needs.</li><li>
Enhance team understanding of federal, state, and program guidelines as they pertain to documentation.</li><li>
Develop expertise in the Client&rsquo;s application to ensure effective leadership in delivering accurate system requirements.</li><li>
Mentor and assist team members in building their technical understanding of the Client&rsquo;s system.</li><li>
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to finalize and obtain approvals for requirements and priorities.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to align requirements with program objectives.</li><li>
Regularly collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project tasks and milestones are on track.</li><li>
Monitor project progress continuously, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.</li><li>
Provide detailed and timely project updates or status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.</li><li>

Here&rsquo;s What You Need</b>
</div><ul><li>10 years of experience as a Business analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
</li><li>10 years of Project Management Framework knowledge.
</li><li>10 years of large-scale IT operations and information technology industry trends knowledge.
</li><li>10 years in in defining all types of requirements, functional specifications, and other deliverables</li><li>
10 years of interpersonal relationships skill, ability to negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel.
</li><li>10 years of creating clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation.</li><li>
10 Years of ensuring accuracy in documenting system functionality and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.</li></ul><div><b>
Minimum Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Must possess problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written</li><li>
Analyzing and interpreting raw data.</li><li>

Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.</li><li>
Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.</li><li>
Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.</li><li>
Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
8 years of interpersonal relationships, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel.
</li><li>5 years of experience working with government regulations or compliance frameworks.</li><li>
5 years of project management experience.
</li><li>5 years of experience leading a team or workgroup.
</li><li>5 years of policy interpretation and translating regulations into system requirements skills.
</li><li>5 years of experience with elicitation techniques such as reviewing current MIS functionality and translating into requirements.
</li><li>Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in business, communications, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or a related field.</li><li>
2 years&rsquo;experience with gathering management information system requirements at a large
</li></ul><p>organization.
</p><ul><li>2 years experience creating solicitation or contact requirements
</li><li>PMI-{BA or IIBA CBAP.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
