Job Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Retail Management; MBA preferred</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience as a purchase manager in a reputed multi-store retail chain</li><li>Skilled in OTB (Open-to-Buy) planning, stock turnover control, aging analysis, and sell-through optimization</li><li>Experience in pricing strategy, discounting models, and seasonal merchandise planning</li><li>Strong track record of vendor development, onboarding, and relationship management across India</li><li>Business-to-Customer (B2C) retail experience is mandatory</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead procurement strategy and execution across women'swear (Chudidhar)</li><li>Develop seasonal and monthly purchase plans aligned with sales targets and budgets</li><li>Implement and standardize procurement models (BNS, SOR, SAS) as per category needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor networks across India; negotiate favorable terms</li><li>Good business sense with strong skills in managing margins, negotiating with vendors, and reducing costs.</li><li>Collaborate with Retail, Planning, Finance, and Merchandising teams for stock flow and demand planning</li><li>Approve and oversee vendor onboarding, product assortment, and replenishment cycles</li><li>Ensure documentation &amp; compliance: rate agreements, POs, GRNs, settlements</li><li>Coordinate with Visual Merchandising &amp; Marketing for campaigns and promotional buys</li><li>Lead, mentor, and supervise the procurement/purchase team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
