This position consists of operating a Lowboy and/or Tri-axle Dump Truck / Dump Trailer.Lowboy:Pick-up and deliver various types of construction equipment, materials and tools to and from customers/jobsites in a safe and timely manner as directed by dispatch.Tri-Axle Dump Truck / Dump Trailer:Intrastate hauling of various materials (i.e. stone, dirt, sand, asphalt, broken concrete, etc.) in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas.Requirements&middot; Must have a valid Class A CDL with current medical certificate.&middot; Must be able to pass a DOT drug test.&middot; Must be able to work well with other drivers to effectively and efficiently complete hauls.&middot; Must have at least 1 years experience transporting heavy construction equipment (i.e. excavators, backhoes, wheel loaders, rollers, etc.)&middot; Must have at least 1 years driving/operating experience in a Tri-axle dump truck.&middot; Must be able to properly secure equipment prior to transportation in accordance with DOT regulations.&middot; Must be knowledgeable in all DOT rules and regulations to maintain compliance.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
