Job Title: Graphic DesignerLocation: Palarivattom, ErnakulamJob Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that communicate a brand&rsquo;s message effectively. This role involves working collaboratively with a creative team, incorporating design principles to produce compelling visuals across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design Creation:<ul><li>Develop creative concepts and designs aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.</li><li>Produce graphics for various mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, brochures, and presentations.</li></ul>Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with clients, project managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time.</li><li>Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and team discussions.</li></ul>Brand Development:<ul><li>Maintain consistency in design elements to enhance the brand's identity.</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines and templates.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools.</li><li>Prepare files for print production and ensure quality output for digital formats.</li></ul>Project Management:<ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.</li><li>Adapt to feedback and revisions to refine designs effectively.</li></ul>Trend Awareness:<ul><li>Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.</li><li>Incorporate new techniques to keep designs fresh and innovative.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Proficiency in design software and tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and layout.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics or video editing.</li><li>Knowledge of UX/UI principles.</li><li>Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to design with the target audience in mind.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Collaborative team setting in an office or remote environment.</li><li>May require occasional overtime to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CSS: 1 year (Required)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Design: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
