<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>The Role
</b></h1>The CCC FP&amp;A team is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our high impact organization. This role supports the Insurance revenue business and reports directly to the Director of FP&amp;A. The Financial Analyst will partner closely with RevOps, Accounting, Product Management, and other business leaders to drive strong revenue visibility, disciplined forecasting, and data driven decision making.<br>

<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:
</b></h1><div><ul><li><p>Partner with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly forecast.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide information and journal entries to support the monthly close cycle.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Perform variance analysis of monthly results versus prior year, budget, and forecast, including month-over-month trend analysis.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Develop efficient and effective operating reports focused on key business and performance drivers.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to inform decisions and actions.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Build financial models and enhance existing models, incorporating new technology where applicable.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Prepare Board materials as needed, in collaboration with leadership.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.<br>
</p></li></ul></div><p></p><br>
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements:
</b></h1><div><div><ul><li><p>B.S. in Business (Finance, Accounting)
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>2 + years of relevant FP&amp;A experience
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Understanding of accounting and financial theory
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience with ad hoc analysis, journal entries, monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>General Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel skills
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Workday , Adaptive and/or Hyperion experience highly desired
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience with financial modelling
</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>CPA or MBA a plus, but not required
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience working with full P&amp;L a plus<br>
