<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>The Role
</b></h1>The Regional Field Supervisor (RFS) manages a team of part-time Field Inventory Representatives (FIRs) who perform used vehicle inventory collection at automotive dealerships and conduct audits for OEM programs. This role oversees execution, quality, and timeliness across a multi-state territory, ensuring compliance with inventory standards, OEM audit requirements, and evolving operational processes. The RFS also stays current with technology, tools, and system changes that impact field operations.<br>

</b></h1><p><b>Field Team Leadership &amp; People Management
</b></p><ul><li>Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and terminate part-time Field Inventory Representatives (FIRs) and/or OEM Auditors.
</li><li>Directly manage approximately 25&ndash;30 FIRs/Auditors across a multi-state territory.
</li><li>Document employee communications and performance discussions at least monthly.
</li><li>Limit turnover through engagement, coaching, and clear expectations.
</li></ul><p><b>Inventory &amp; OEM Audit Oversight
</b></p><ul><li>Oversee used vehicle inventory collection to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
</li><li>Monitor adherence to OEM audit guidelines, certification standards, and quality requirements.
</li><li>Perform quality assurance reviews of inventory submissions and audit work product.
</li><li>Ensure timely data collection, issue resolution, and compliance with internal standards.
</li><li>Optimize inventory quantity and mix to support operational needs.
</li></ul><p><b>Training, Technology &amp; Process Awareness
</b></p><ul><li>Identify industry trends related to vehicle configuration, OEM audits, and inventory practices.
</li><li>Stay current on technology, systems, tools, and platforms used for inventory and audits.
</li><li>Translate system and process updates into clear guidance for FIRs.
</li><li>Develop and maintain training guides, job aids, and reference materials.
</li></ul><p><b>Operational &amp; Administrative Management
</b></p><ul><li>Manage 5&ndash;7 departmental service levels tied to inventory and audit performance.
</li><li>Monitor KPIs related to quality, timeliness, and coverage.
</li><li>Manage travel planning and expenses in accordance with company guidelines.
</li>Travel up to approximately 75% within the assigned multi-state territory.<br>

</b></h1><div><ul><li><p>College degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>2&ndash;3 years of management experience in a service, operations, automotive, or field-based environment.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience managing remote or part-time teams preferred.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to adapt to new technology and operational changes.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and proof of auto insurance required .
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to incur business-related travel expenses with standard reimbursement timelines.<br>

</b></h1>As a member of AI Enablement team in CCC, you will be exploring many different technologies from network and infrastructure to the AI/machine learning algorithms that run on them. CCC owns many applications and services that we at AIE team are doing our best every day to create tools and services to improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of our Data Scientists and Machine Learning engineers. Our goal is to understand and utilize the state-of-the-art tools in the field of MLOps and DevOps. </b></h1><ul><li>Be involved in the full lifecycle of microservice development from design through testing and release.
</li></ul><ul><li>Design Dashboards and User Interfaces for our latest tools and models
</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute into the research and introduction of new MLOps/DevOps tools and technologies.
</li></ul><ul><li>Implement automations for deployment and monitoring of CCC applications.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with ML engineers and Data Scientists to facilitate their model development pipelines.
</li></ul><ul><li>Work with the Database, Middleware, Network and Server teams for applications deployment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Apply data science, machine learning &amp; optimization techniques to real-world problems.

</b></h1><ul><li>Experience with software development in one or more general purpose scripting and programming languages (included but not limited to Python, Go, Java and JavaScript)
</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding Linux systems and bash scripts
</li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of version control systems like Git
</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding the concepts and processes surrounding Software Development Lifecycle.
</li></ul><ul><li>Interest in learning other coding languages per team requirements
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible or other configuration management solutions is preferred<br>
