Social Media Freelancer (Part-Time, In-Office)Location: Downtown Bethesda, MD Schedule: Two days per week (varies weekly) Hours: Up to 16 hours per week Duration: January &ndash; February (2 months)About the RoleChevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Freelancer to support our digital marketing efforts and patient engagement. This role is primarily in-office, working closely with our CEO and Founder, and collaborating with an external marketing firm to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others</li><li>Design and send weekly email blasts to current and prospective patients</li><li>Complete and submit assigned weekly marketing tasks and deliverables to our external Marketing Firm on time</li><li>Collaborate directly with the CEO and Founder on content strategy, messaging, and execution</li><li>Content capture may include surgical procedures and treatments</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Work Environment<ul><li>Two in-office days per week (days may vary weekly)</li><li>Total hours will not exceed 16 hours per week</li><li>Additional remote work may be required as needed</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Contract Details<ul><li>Hourly rate: $25/hour, paid bi-weekly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business</li><li>Strong content creation and communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus</li><li>Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Ability to work independently while taking direction from executive leadership</li></ul>Confidentiality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and internal privacy policies</li></ul>Pay: Up to $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
