If you're a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for real estate and digital marketing, we want to hear from you!Position Overview:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all marketing initiatives for the team. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can manage and execute a wide range of marketing activities, from creating engaging social media content to designing brochures and building a strong online brand presence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong graphic design skills and brand awareness skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Social Media Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage our audience and grow our online presence.</li><li>Graphic Design: Design high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, postcards, newsletters, and email templates.</li><li>Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing campaigns to promote listings, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.</li><li>Branding: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the team&rsquo;s brand and messaging.</li><li>Website and CRM Management: Assist with website updates, blog posts, and managing the team&rsquo;s CRM for lead generation campaigns.</li><li>Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for open houses, real estate seminars, and community events.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular reporting on performance, including social media engagement, lead generation, and ROI.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate or a related industry.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.</li><li>Experience with social media management.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM platforms and listing management software.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising is a plus.</li><li>Creativity: Strong graphic design and content creation skills, with the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.</li><li>Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and brand voice.</li><li>Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Team Player: Ability to work effectively with agents, leadership, and external vendors.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunities for growth within the company.</li><li>Collaborative, team-oriented work environment.</li><li>Health Insurance, 401k with employer matching.</li><li>Hybrid schedule.</li></ul>Candidates must provide a relevant portfolio in addition to their resume and cover letter to be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Philadelphia, PA 19146 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
