 As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. Your primary focus will be recruiting for the Madison and Beaver Dam. You&rsquo;ll work closely with management and regional teams to ensure that we attract top talent committed to supporting individuals with disabilities.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proactively source, screen, and interview potential caregiver candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to our organization's needs and values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified caregivers for current and future needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with managers to assess staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend job fairs, networking events, and other community outreach initiatives to promote CCLS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for caregivers joining the team.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably within healthcare, nonprofit, or caregiving environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local labor markets and community resources in the Madison and Beaver Dam areas is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
