Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Test Lead AI to spearhead the testing and quality assurance efforts for cutting-edge artificial intelligence projects.Duties<ul><li>Lead the planning, design, and execution of test cases for AI applications, ensuring coverage of functional, performance, security, and usability aspects.</li><li>Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to understand requirements and validate functionality throughout the development lifecycle.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Oversee execution, defect management, and documentation of structured test cycles.</li><li>Optimize workflows using AI-assisted testing tools and enhance Jira organization and governance for test assets.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Manager within IT environments specializing in software quality assurance for AI or machine learning projects.</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.</li><li>10 years of Testing experience with at least 4 years in a lead role.</li><li>Demonstrated experience guiding vendor test teams and coordinating complex UAT cycles.</li><li>Experience with legacy system replacement, modernization, or migration projects.</li><li>Ability to interpret business rules and participate in requirement‑gathering/JAD sessions.</li></ul>Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hourWork Location: In person
