 We are seeking a skilled and experienced

  Field Supervisor
 </strong>
 specializing in Commercial Refrigeration to join our team in ME based in Dubai. In this role, in this hands-on role, you will lead field teams in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as both a technical expert and operational leader, you will coordinate schedules, resolve complex issues on-site, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to perform under pressure in dynamic, customer-focused environments.

  <li>
   Direct and supervise technicians, field workers, and contractors involved in refrigeration projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan and coordinate the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems based on project requirements and deadlines
  </li>
  <li>
   Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure technical compliance
  </li>
  <li>
   Assign daily tasks to field personnel and ensure optimal resource allocation
  </li>
  <li>
   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site in real-time
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and maintain field documentation
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement and monitor quality control standards across all installations and service work
  </li>
  <li>
   Enforce company and industry safety protocols and conduct routine site inspections
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to field staff
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and resolve technical challenges during installations, maintenance, and repair tasks
  </li>
  <li>
   Engineering diploma, technical certification, or associate degree in HVAC/R
  </li>
  <li>
   5-7 years of experience in commercial refrigeration, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of supermarket refrigeration systems such as parallel rack systems, display cases, and plug-ins
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in refrigeration control and diagnostic systems (e.g., Emerson E2, Danfoss, Carel)
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent leadership, organizational, and verbal communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Valid driver&rsquo;s license with flexibility for regional travel
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to work on-call and respond to emergency service calls outside of regular hours
  </li>
  <li>
   Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in cold environments
  </li>
