<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting</li>
<li>1 - 2 years Financial Analysis, preparation of budgets and forecasts experience</li>
<li>Proficient in CostPoint or large ERP Systems</li>
<li>EVM principles, cost forecasting, and budgeting in high-stakes, fast-moving environments experience</li>
<li>Advanced Excel</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial concepts to support our financial planning and analysis activities.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance</li>
<li>Experience with the Ship Building industry is a plus</li>
</ul><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Contribute to and maintain project setups</li>
<li>Attends project setup meetings</li>
<li>Prepares and distributes weekly Earned Value Management reports to Project Managers</li>
<li>Works with the Financial Analysis Manager to generate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasting (FI, FII)</li>
<li>Works with the Financial Analysis Manager to track actual results against the AOP and forecast</li>
<li>Contributes to the monthly reporting package</li></ul></div></div>

<li>Kit assembly, Kit Pulling</li>
<li>Standard operating procedures experience</li>
<li>Inventory transactions in ERP (Syspro) System</li>
<li>Cycle Count</li>
<li>Forklift Experience required</li>
<li>General computer knowledge &ndash; data entry skills will be required.</li>
<li>Able to stand and walk around consistently thru a full work shift doing repetitive tasks.</li>
<li>Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.</li>
</ul><div>Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Packaging, Fulfilling orders</li>
<li>Kit Assembly</li>
<li>Inspection of goods</li>
<li>ERP experience</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory levels.</li>
<li>Ability to follow standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Counting and confirming inventory.</li>
<li>Inventory transactions in ERP System</li>
