<p>CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Sound Designer to join our studio and help bring to life Project Sirius&mdash;a multiplayer game set in The Witcher universe. The person in this position will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to deliver the highest quality game audio experience. Design and implement audio using pre-recorded sound library materials, location recordings, Foley recordings, and original sound materials created with the use of sound synthesis.</li><li>

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams&mdash;including environment, animation, UI, gameplay, and engineering&mdash;to ensure the audio design supports the overall project vision.<br>

Skilled in integrating audio using Wwise and Unreal Engine.</li><li>
Strong creative and technical sound design capabilities.</li><li>
Proficiency with DAWs, audio editing tools, and plugins such as Reaper, Pro Tools, Soundtoys, and iZotope.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new in-house audio tools and workflows.</li><li>
Able to communicate effectively in a team environment.</li><li>

The person in this position will be responsible for pitching, planning and implementing location blockouts with a focus on melding narrative with compelling and multifaceted gameplay. Level designers will be working in editor with existing meshes and tools, ensuring their cohesive placement and connection to other content within an open-world while also creating and balancing memorable encounters that will thrill and excite our players. Daily Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Designing, prototyping, iterating on and polishing in-game levels, including level geometry, enemy encounters and other gameplay elements, using our proprietary tools and Unreal Engine 5.</li><li>
Crafting unique spaces where gameplay flow and visual composition form memorable experiences.</li><li>
Developing and working within predefined level metrics.</li><li>
Working closely with the lead level designer and other team members to ensure created levels contribute to and enhance the gameplay and game narrative.</li><li>

Extensive knowledge of current titles, specifically in the Action/RPG genre with an emphasis on FPS gameplay, as well as works of art, such as movies, architecture or visual arts, to be used as reference for crafting and communicating original ideas.</li><li>
Excellent understanding of level design fundamentals and the role of level design in the overall player experience.</li><li>

Adjust predefined quests and locations by utilizing NPC setups, interactive objects, loot, and environment to create a challenging playthrough with multiple solutions.</li><li>
Work with Level Designers and Environmental Artists to ensure level geometry serves the needs of combat encounters.</li><li>
Mentor and guide junior encounter designers.</li><li>
Dedicate yourself to understanding all player verbs, allowing yourself to craft divergent experiences that cater to all available playstyles.</li></ul>

Daily Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
