We offer a flexible full-time schedule to fit the needs of the doctor. Partnership and ownership opportunities are available for the right practitioner.Our Lake Nona location is a brand-new privately owned office with state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tenured general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The general dentist will thrive in a one doctor practice and have access to an average of 50 new patients a month.This location is comprised of FFS and PPO with no Medicaid/Medicare acceptance. The compensation package for our general dentist is above industry standards: 30% compensation on collections, also offered as a greater of during the daily guarantee period. Current Production to Collection Ratio is 99%.General Dentist Responsibilities &amp; Duties:<ul><li>Fixing or removing damaged teeth</li><li>Filling cavities</li><li>Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient&rsquo;s health</li><li>Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues</li><li>Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health</li><li>Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care</li><li>Measuring and fitting dental appliances</li><li>Referring patients to a specialist if needed</li></ul>General Dentist Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation</li><li>A state of Florida license to practice dentistry</li><li>Patience when dealing with patients</li><li>Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care</li><li>Good attention to detail</li><li>Able to work with hands in small spaces</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $300,000.00 - $450,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
