CDRS is a registered welfare organization working in community development, animal welfare, and orphan care across Pakistan. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Veterinary Doctor with strong project management skills to join our TNVR Centre in Gulberg, Islamabad.Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing veterinary operations under the TNVR program, ensuring animal welfare standards, and overseeing project implementation and reporting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform spay/neuter surgeries and vaccination of stray animals</li><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the TNVR centre</li><li>Plan, implement, and monitor TNVR project activities</li><li>Maintain medical records and reporting documentation</li><li>Supervise support staff and coordinate field teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with animal welfare and safety standards</li><li>Liaise with stakeholders, donors, and management</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent qualification</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant veterinary experience</li><li>Proven experience in project management (preferably in animal welfare or NGO sector)</li><li>Experience in TNVR programs will be an added advantage</li><li>Strong leadership, reporting, and organizational skills</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Location: Gulberg, Islamabad</li><li>Project: TNVR Centre</li><li>Organization: CDRS</li><li>Salary: Market competitive (as per experience)</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to send their CV along with a cover letter to:tariqsdz1@gmail.com/quratulain.shafqat@yahoo.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
