 Your Responsibilities Will Be
 
 
 
 
 Order Tracking &amp; Follow-Up
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensures that materials, equipment, and services are delivered according to the project timeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracks critical path items and flags potential delays that could impact project milestones.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Vendor &amp; Supplier Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Acts as the liaison between the project team and suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expedites purchase orders, manufacturing, and delivery processes to meet project deadlines.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Progress Monitoring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintains detailed logs of order status, production progress, and shipping schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides regular updates to project managers and procurement teams.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Risk Mitigation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identifies risks related to late deliveries or supply chain disruptions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works proactively to resolve issues before they affect the project schedule.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Documentation &amp; Compliance
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Expedite technical documentation (e.g., datasheets, drawings, inspection reports).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely submission and approval of vendor documents as per ITP and MDR.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Works closely with: Project Managers to align on priorities. Procurement to ensure PO accuracy and supplier performance. Engineering to confirm technical specifications. QC and Logistics to manage FATs, inspections and transport, customs clearance
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Degree in any related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and organizational ability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ERP systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics, Good knowledge of Fabrication activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Oil &amp; gas/Industrial/water treatment project workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with industry codes (API, ASME, ISO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 Years Experience in Expediting role.
