Summary<br>
Join Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, as a Project Manager and help drive the future of value‑based care. In this role, you&rsquo;ll deliver business value across large, complex strategic initiatives, including new product development, product integrations, client migrations, operational improvements, vendor onboarding, and Security/Risk compliance.</div><div>
You&rsquo;ll ensure project alignment with our strategic direction while managing risks, issues, and cross‑project dependencies. Your work will span multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams across countries and time zones.</div><div>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Project Manager who is a true Change Champion, someone who can help define and advance our Enterprise SDLC/PMO practices, tools, and Center of Excellence to maximize performance and results. You&rsquo;ll also have opportunities to lead high‑visibility special projects in partnership with corporate executives.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></div><div><ul><li>
Lead complex projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources to achieve defined business goals.</li><li>
Collaborate with sponsors, business owners, and cross‑functional teams to establish clear project objectives, success criteria, and communication plans.</li><li>
Drive execution across multiple workstreams, proactively managing risks, issues, and cross‑project dependencies.</li><li>
Provide timely, transparent updates to stakeholders through progress reports, status communications, and executive‑level summaries.</li><li>
Anticipate and manage changes in project scope while identifying conflicts and developing effective contingency plans.</li><li>
Build strong relationships across the organization to secure alignment, influence outcomes, and support successful project delivery.</li><li>
Conduct post‑project reviews and continuously refine project management practices, tools, and processes in partnership with the PMO.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Location</b></div><div>
Hybrid, working 3 days per week from one of our offices in Houston, TX; Burlington, MA; or Greenwich, CT. While we strongly prefer hybrid remote candidates, fully remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Experience / Qualifications</b></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Technical, Liberal Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
More than a (1) year of experience (3+ years preferred) in a project management or project coordination role, supporting planning or execution activities.</li><li>
Familiarity with project management methods, tools, and best practices.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, motivate, and actively listen at all organizational levels.</li><li>
Ability to navigate shifting priorities, manage conflict, and maintain positive team dynamics in a collaborative team environment as an independent contributor.</li><li>
Comfortable using common software applications and project management tools, and the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.</li><li>
Strong research, problem solving, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure or fast changing environments.</li><li>
Willingness to travel for occasional client meetings as needed.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>

PMP or ScrumMaster certifications</li><li>
More than two (2) years of healthcare industry experience</li><li>
Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones with optimized results</li><li>
