If you are a great communicator and can easily navigate through complex situations with a positive attitude, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, contact, and secure new clients in need of transportation and dispatch services.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers.</li><li>Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule and coordinate loads efficiently.</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any service issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes to identify business opportunities.</li><li>Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales performance</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, dispatch, or transportation.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.</li><li>Knowledge of freight brokerage, dispatching, or transportation services is an advantage.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dispatching software.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred).</li></ul>Office based role, with regular communication via phone, email, or logistics platforms.JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME 7PM-3AM PSTLOCATION: DHA PHASE 4 FF BLOCK &amp; SHALIMAR LINK ROAD LAHORECONTACT: 03104632329EMAIL:instantonedispatch@outlook.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
