What will you be doing in this role:</b></p><p>
The <b>Implementation Analyst - Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management</b> is a key member of the Learning &amp; Organizational Development (LOD) team. The Oracle HCM Talent Analyst will serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for Cedars-Sinai&rsquo;s Oracle Talent modules. This role provides SME and technical leadership for the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Goals, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning modules. Will guide system design decisions, ensure alignment with talent strategy and business needs, and drive adoption through effective collaboration, governance, and change leadership.</p><ul><li>
Be a key contributor in the full implementation lifecycle&mdash;requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post&ndash;go-live support&mdash;to ensure timely and accurate delivery.</li><li>
Configure, test, and optimize Oracle Goals, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning modules to support enterprise talent and leadership development processes.</li><li>
Partner with the Oracle project team, HR and EIS implementation partners to maintain data integrity, ensure system stability.</li><li>
Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements that improve usability, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee and leader experience.</li><li>
Advise HR Business Partners and business stakeholders on how to translate strategic talent priorities into effective system solutions.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams, clearly defining business requirements, validating configurations, and coordinating testing activities.</li><li>
Establish and maintain governance standards to ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable use of Talent modules across the organization.</li><li>
Partner with HR and IT to validate data integrity and ensure alignment between talent metrics, workforce planning, and enterprise reporting needs.</li><li>
Support the planning, coordination and rollout of annual refresh of performance and talent management processes supported by Oracle HCM Talent modules.</li></ul><p><b><i>

Qualifications</b></h2><div><p><b>
Experience Requirements:</b></p><p>
Five (5) plus years of experience leading or supporting the design, delivery, or optimization of HCM solutions, including all phases of implementation (requirements, design, build, testing, go-live).</p><p>
Two (2) plus years of experience hands-on configuration experience with Oracle HCM Talent modules (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning).</p><p>
Strong understanding of HCM data structures, workflows, and reporting tools; experience integrating Talent modules with other HR functions.</p><p>
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.</p><p>
Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies that drive technology adoption and impact.</p><p>
Data-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.</p><p><b>
Educational Requirements:</b></p><p>
High School Diploma or GED required.</p><p>
Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, Business Management or related area. (strongly preferred)</p><p>
Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation certification (Talent Management modules), preferred.</p><p>

What will you be doing in this role?</p><p>
Under the supervision and general direction, serve as an information and problem resolution to the medical center by dispatching organizational resources. Efficiently navigate work order and/or other systems, utilize communication systems, and other documents or files to effectively create, process and retrieve needed information in a timely and accurate manner.</p><p><b>
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Provide dispatch services by obtaining complete information from requestor and accurately and comprehensively create dispatch work or case orders. Log and document in system and interface with appropriate department(s) to communicate dispatch request.</li><li>
Navigate work order and/or case management system, communication systems, and other documents or files to effectively process and retrieve needed information in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Focus on live data updates and appropriately schedule or dispatch representatives to service calls and take immediate dispatch action involving patient care. Follow-up and/or recall locations of various areas and departments throughout the medical center.</li><li>
Display excellent communication and customer service when speaking with customers and during follow-up. Utilize proper telephone etiquette when assisting customers, triaging calls and providing information while maintaining patient confidentiality.</li><li>
Handle high call volumes and in emergency situations while keeping in line with Department and organizational policies and procedures.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
