<div><b>Proposal &amp; Pursuit Management</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead proposal kickoff meetings and coordinate pursuit activities</li>
<li>Develop and manage proposal schedules to ensure on-time, compliant submissions</li>
<li>Create and maintain compliance matrices to track RFP requirements</li>
</ul><div><b>Content Development &amp; Storytelling</b></div>
<ul><li>Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to develop proposal content</li>
<li>Write, edit, and tailor marketing materials including firm profiles, project descriptions, and staff resumes</li>
<li>Ensure content is clear, compelling, and aligned with client needs</li>
</ul><div><b>Technology &amp; AI Enablement</b></div>
<ul><li>Leverage AI tools to enhance content development, streamline formatting, and support compliance verification</li>
</ul><div><b>Quality Control &amp; Branding</b></div>
<ul><li>Proofread and edit proposal materials for accuracy, consistency, and clarity</li>
<li>Ensure all deliverables adhere to corporate branding and style standards</li>
</ul><div><b>Database &amp; Marketing Support</b></div>
<ul><li>Maintain proposal archives and CRM databases</li>
<li>Track win/loss data and update project photos and marketing assets</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>What You Will Bring:</b></div>
<div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field</li>
<li>3+ years of proposal or marketing experience within the AEC industry</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Familiarity with AI-assisted writing or formatting tools</li>
<li>Experience supporting federal, state, or municipal pursuits</li>
</ul>

<ul><li><b>Salary Range:</b> <b>$55,000 &ndash; $70,000 per year</b> (commensurate with experience and location)</li>
