Urgent Requirement &ndash; Civil, Mechanical &amp; Electrical Engineers for Supervisory RolesLocation: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Project: Food Processing Facility &ndash; Building Construction Experience: Minimum 10 years (Saudi experience preferred)We are seeking experienced and qualified Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineer Supervisors to join our team for the construction of a Seafood Processing Facility in Jeddah.Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (B.Tech/B.E) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects.</li><li>Saudi experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>Civil Supervisors: Proven experience in Structural Steel works.</li><li>Mechanical Supervisors: Strong installation experience in industrial and building projects.</li><li>Electrical Supervisors: Proven QA/QC experience in electrical works and systems.</li><li>Strong ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project documentation procedures.</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily site supervision and monitoring of work progress, quality, and HSE compliance.</li><li>&#10148; Spend 80% of time on-site, actively monitoring activities and ensuring safety remains the top priority.</li><li>&#10148; Remaining 20% for desk work and documentation.</li><li>Issuance of Work Permits to ensure controlled site activities.</li><li>Inspection of Works based on Contractor&rsquo;s Inspection Requests (IRs).</li><li>Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) &ndash; review and approval.</li><li>Witness and verify all site tests for quality assurance.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams on all project-related matters.</li><li>Review drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.</li><li>Capture and update site progress photographs in project shared folders.</li><li>Document and report all site incidents immediately.</li><li>Attend site progress meetings and provide updates.</li><li>Identify and report non-conformities, following up on corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct site surveys during initiation and planning stages.</li><li>Verify As-Built drawings before project close-out.</li><li>Perform any other project-related tasks as required.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply immediately.
