 Role Description
 
 
 
 Subsea Coordinator
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Subsea Coordinator
 
 to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of manned and unmanned subsea operations. Working closely with senior marine and diving leadership, you will ensure all activities meet international standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
 
 
 This role is central to audit and assurance, contractor management, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across subsea projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 10 years&rsquo; experience
 
 as a Diving Superintendent
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified
 
 IMCA Air Dive Supervisor
 
 or
 
 IMCA Closed Bell Supervisor
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Qualified HSE Top-Up Diver
 
 (Closed Bell experience preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in subsea operations: IRM, SPM maintenance, SURF, umbilicals, risers, and flowlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English (written and verbal)
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid
 
 OPITO H2S
 
 and
 
 T-BOSIET
 
 certifications
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 CSWIP 3.1U
 
 or higher
 </li>
 <li>
 Training in
 
 Dive System Auditing
 
 and
 
 Dynamic Positioning (DP)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in MS Office
 
 (MS Project is an advantage)
 </li>
 </ul>
