Responsible for all scheduling and planning functions within the Project Controls Department and a key contributor to the Company's strategic leadership team. The Director-Scheduling is responsible for scheduling leadership across all business units, including schedule development, analysis, maintenance, forecasting, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of the scheduling process. Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:</b></div><ul><li>
Lead and supervise the scheduling team, providing clear expectations, direction, and performance management</li><li>
Assign project schedules to appropriate scheduling personnel based on project needs and team capacity</li><li>
Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to scheduling staff</li><li>
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li><li>
Collaborate with other Project Controls functions to ensure seamless integration of scheduling with cost, change, and forecast data</li><li><div>
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve standard scheduling processes, procedures, and templates</div></li><li><div>
Supervise the preparation, maintenance, and review of baseline schedules, project forecasts, progress schedules, recovery plans, and acceleration/delay scenarios</div></li><li><div>
Perform schedule analysis and provide timely reporting of schedule performance to internal and external stakeholders</div></li><li><div>
Support project teams with schedule claims, change orders, and forensic schedule analysis as needed</div></li><li><div>
Ensure quality and accuracy of schedules prepared by project teams</div></li><li><div>
Develop, implement, and maintain standard scheduling tools and systems, including Primavera P6</div></li><li><div>
Continuously challenge existing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in scheduling practices</div></li><li><div>
Participate in business process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices</div></li><li><div>
Lead the preparation of schedule risk assessments and impact analyses</div></li><li><div>
Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable schedule reports and forecasts</div></li><li><div>
Work closely with estimating, procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment</div></li><li><div>
Conduct internal audits of scheduling processes and project schedules</div></li><li><div>
Develop and lead training programs for scheduling staff and project teams</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with corporate scheduling standards and procedures</div></li><li><div>
Engage in strategic planning and business improvement initiatives across the Project Controls and Operations functions</div></li><li><div>
Serve as a trusted advisor to project management, operations leadership, and executive management regarding scheduling matters</div></li><li><div>

Qualifications:
<div><b>
Education and Work Experience Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related major</li><li>
15+ years of experience in project management and/or project controls</li><li>
Five+ years of supervisory experience</li><li>
Renewable energy construction experience preferred</li><li>
PSP (Planning &amp; Scheduling Professional) and/or PMI-SP certification preferred</li></ul><div><b>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:</b></div><ul><li>

Responsibilities:

Oversee all construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on assigned project</li><li>
Construct the project and work with the management team to maximize the profit of the project</li><li>
Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines, including development plans and training requirements</li><li>
Keep Construction Manager II/III informed of overall construction activity progress &amp; performance along with monitoring and review of construction key performance indicators</li><li>
Cooperate with all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times</li><li>

Work with the CM II/III to ensure Client expectations are being met, along with the agreement and scope of work</li><li>
Build and maintain a relationship with Client Site Representatives to ensure open communication and trust</li><li>
Ensure all work in assigned discipline is done to the company Safety and Quality standards</li><li>
Be proactive in equipment management, preventing equipment damages and planning of equipment resources</li><li>
Complete personnel administrative tasks in a timely manner; expectation documents, performance management, task planners, employee change forms, etc.</li><li>
Work closely with the Field Operations team on resource management to ensure we have the right people on the project at the right times to drive project profitability</li><li>
Support Business Development, Estimating and Preconstruction efforts as needed</li></ul>

Experience in construction supervision on utility scale renewables projects such as Solar, BESS or wind preferred, experience in construction management on EPC or other large scale construction projects such as experience working for a heavy general contractor will be considered</li><li>
