The Facility Technician will be responsible for assisting in maintaining the appearance and function of the facility. Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:-Changing of light bulbs-cleaning-painting-pressure washing-small repairs to structures-replacement of fixtures (plumbing/electrical)-assisting with general upkeep of the property facilitiesThe ideal candidate would posses the following skills/experience:-Time spent as a hotel engineer-Experience with making small repairs (patching dry wall, replacing trim/siding, etc)-Experience painting in a commercial setting-Experience making electrical/plumbing repairs in a commercial settingThe scope of work will be completed in under 30 hours per week.Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekdays and weekends.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
