 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As a
 
 Child care Aide/Assistant Teacher,
 
 you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist lead Teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide a welcoming &amp; friendly classroom environment for children, parents &amp; visitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree&rsquo;s curriculum.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child&rsquo;s development and classroom happenings.
