<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<div>As a Preschool Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:</div>
<ul><li>Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning, curiosity, and exploration among preschool-aged children.</li>
<li>Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where preschoolers feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves and learn through play.</li>
<li>Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to help preschoolers develop communication skills, vocabulary, and a love of reading.</li>
<li>Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to support optimal learning and exploration.</li>
<li>Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.</li>
<li>This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements</li>
<li>The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.</li>
